BSHM is a small business located in Bozeman, Montana, and was established in October, 2002. BSHM prides itself in providing high quality emergency management and meteorological services and is owned and operated by Pam Shrauger, an emergency manager by experience and meteorologist by degree. Prior to starting BSHM, Pam Shrauger was an Emergency Management Program Specialist for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in Boston, MA. She supported state and local government throughout New England in mitigating their hazards. She also managed the FEMA Hurricane Program for the six New England states and was a liaison to the local National Weather Service offices. Pam still serves on FEMA's Hurricane Liaison Team. Pam graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in meteorology and had several internships with the National Weather Service and a Boston television station. Pam is also a past-chairperson for the local American Red Cross Disaster Action Team.

Pam Shrauger
